Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
